Getting snacks ready for this weekends four day tournament. Used leftover veggies and grilled chicken to make these yummy and healthy salads in a jar. The trick is to layer the dressing/vinaigrette at the bottom and keep the greens on top. This way the greens do not wilt or become soggy. The salad will keep fresh for about four days.
